The City of Libby has commissioned various studies of the water system and the Flower Creek Dam. These studies and subsequent reports provide additional insight into the City’s decision to move forward with the proposed water system improvements.
The 2012 Water System Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) is available at the City of Libby offices for review.
